A warm welcome and thank you for gracing our occasion today as we embark on a new phase of our exciting new journey in the travel industry. I stand before you wearing two hats, one as the Director of our esteemed travel company, Loiz Tours and Travels Limited and as the Agile Coach that has guided the development and delivery of our customised Progressive E-commerce Web App.
I am filled with pride and anticipation for what lies ahead. Today marks a landmark for our company’s history as we unveil our latest innovation, a customer centric product that will enable our customers to explore and book online travel consultations 24/7, from anywhere in the world and get the expected customer satisfaction from our team of international travel experts without visiting a brick and mortar office. Our customised website is a creative software tool that promises to revolutionise the way our customers experience tailor-made tours and travels. With tireless dedication & a relentless pursuit of excellence, our team has crafted a solution that transcends boundaries & redefines possibilities.
Loiz Tours and Travels is passionate about helping its customers to bring their travel dreams to fruition. It was founded in March 2013 and has been actively helping customers plan and organise travel packages with well planned itineraries. Our product services include:

- Overseas students summer camps
- Relocation opportunities
- International conferences and events
- Holiday packages
- Domestic Tours and Attractions
- Third party services like assistance with Travel Insurance policies, International Drivers Permit, International Passports, Online Coaching Services for IELTS, International English Language Testing Systems, and
Agile Online Training and Hands-on Experience.
The need for a creative and innovative solution arose after the COVID-19 pandemic that crippled the travel industry. As an aftermath, most businesses moved online for visibility. Loiz Tours and Travels was not left behind. The company embarked upon a digital transformation initiative to enhance expressions and improve customer satisfaction.
Our former state was a static website with no interactions online, but now we are proudly launching and releasing today, a functional website with an embedded booking platform and integrated payment gateway.
Loiz Tours & Travels Ltd is an indigenous company, and the development & delivery team of the web app are all Nigerians, both home and abroad. The cross-functional team comprised of volunteers, part-time and full-time members who collaborated across different time zones. We used the Agile delivery framework that emphasises collaboration and incremental development. We look forward to releasing more new features and feature enhancements iteratively and incrementally.
